How will I receive my lullaby?
Your lullaby is delivered by email within 24 hours of your order. Just check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
Is every lullaby really unique?
Yes. Each lullaby is created just for your baby, using their name and the details you share with us. You'll receive your own unique MP3 file that no one else has.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We want you to love it. If something isn't quite right, you get 1 free correction. Just reply to your delivery email and tell us what to change.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
What information do I need to give you?
Your baby's name, plus a few details to make the song personal, such as their birth date, favorite things, and the mood you'd like (calm, cheerful, magical). The more you share, the more personal the song.
What format is the lullaby, and can I play it anywhere?
You'll get a standard MP3 file that plays on any phone, tablet, computer, or smart speaker. Download it once and keep it forever.
Can I order a lullaby as a gift?
Yes, it makes a wonderful baby shower or newborn gift. Enter the baby's details at checkout and use your own email, then forward the finished MP3 to the parents.
